Ciputra Property’s Mega Kuningan Super Block project, Ciputra World Jakarta (CWJ) 1 is gradually approaching its completion. This morning, topping off ceremony was held at the MyHome/Ascott apartment tower on Jl. Prof. Dr. Satrio Kav. 3-5. Once contruction finishes, the tower will house serviced apartment units managed by Ascott Group as well as strata-title apartments dubbed MyHome apartments. "Today, we celebrate topping off of the second out of three towers in CWJ 1, marking the final stages of construction of the apartment tower. The third tower, when completed, will be the tallest residential structure in Jakarta,"said Artadinata Djangkar, Director and Corporate Secretary of PT Ciputra Property Tbk, who led the laying of cement in the topping off ceremony. Also present were: representatives from Ascott Group and contractors as well as project team, marketing team and other guests. At the topping off ceremony, Artadinata acknowledged CWJ construction team’s hard work, "The struggle to get to topping off was not easy. At every stage of the development, we faced various challenges. Therefore, I am proud to see the team’s work starting to take shape," said Artadinata in his speech. "The construction process was not easy, but every time I look in the distance, I feel a sense of satisfaction, as though together we have built a most impressive building in Jakarta," he further stated. According to him, though not as large as Grand Indonesia or Taman Anggrek in scale, CWJ offers exclusive facilities, namely a six star hotel operated by Raffles, and premium serviced apartments operated by Ascott. "CWJ is the most challenging project CTRP has undertaken to date, and probably will remain so in the near future. This large scale development will be our legacy, not just Ciputra Group’s, but this nation’s, "said Artadinata. (* AP)
