C Apartments (UCA) was designed for student living that consists of 5 towers with approximately 2,050 apartment units and will be equipped with swimming pool, garden and alfresco dining facilities on the ground floor. These apartments will be developed through several phasesbesides Ciputra University in CitraLand Surabaya. The first phase is the Berkeley Tower with 500 units of studio type rooms, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom which has been completed in October 2010.
