Ciputra World Surabaya was developed on 8.5 hectares area and was a cooperation project between CTRS with 9 local entrepreneurs. Located in Jl. Mayjen Sungkono, West Surabaya, Ciputra World Surabaya consists of a shopping center (150,000 m2), 6 towers of apartment (1,500 units), an office building, and 5-diamond hotel. The first stage has been partially built a shopping center (89,000 m2) and two towers of apartment (413 units) on about 3 hectares area since July 2007 and officially operated in November 2011. At the end of 2013 as many as 162 condotel units, 135 SOHO units, and 583 apartment units have been sold.
