PT Ciputra Development Tbk Distributes IDR667 Billion in Dividends from 2025 Net Profit
PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) distribute dividends to shareholders total IDR667 billion, or IDR 36 per share, at Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on Friday, June 26, 2026, at Ciputra Artpreneur Jakarta. This cash dividend represents 25.1% of the allocated net profit for 2025 fiscal year.
President Director CTRA, Mr. Candra Ciputra, stated, “2025 was once again a successful year for CTRA in creating sustainable growth. CTRA’s revenue in 2025 reached IDR 12.7 trillion, a 13% increase compared to IDR 11.2 trillion in the previous year. Net profit reached IDR 2.7 trillion, a 25% increase from IDR 2.1 trillion in the previous year. Thanks fof the commitment and hard work of all management and employees in facing challenges.”
Throughout 2025, CTRA launched more than 12 new clusters within existing projects to continuously improve performance and implement sustainable business principles. These clusters are spread across various projects, including CitraGarden Bintaro, CitraLand Surabaya, CitraGarden City Jakarta, CitraLand Gama City Medan, CitraGarden Serpong, Citra City Sentul, CitraLand The GreenLake Surabaya, CitraLand Celebes Makassar, and others.
Corporate Secretary CTRA, Mr. Aditya Ciputra Sastrawinata, added marketing sales for 2025 were IDR9.5 trillion, a 14% decrease from IDR 11 trillion previous year. Furthermore, Company is targeting marketing sales of IDR 9.5 trillion in 2026, seeing global and domestic economic conditions. “The 2026 target was set with careful consideration, given continued sluggish property demand in several regions due to declining purchasing power. However, with over 40 years of experience in the property business, we are confident we can meet this target. We are also optimistic CTRA will achieve 2026 marketing sales target by implementing a strategy focused on residential product development and geographic diversification, while also utilizing Government-Borne Value Added Tax (PPN DTP) incentive program,” he said.
He explained to meet 2026 marketing sales target, CTRA launched two new residential projects: Citra Homes Halim in Jakarta and Citra Bukit Golf Sentul in Bogor, as well as new clusters. Throughout the first quarter of 2026, CTRA launched Cedarwood@Forestine Cluster in CitraGarden City Jakarta project, Hortis Phase 2 Cluster in Citra Garden Serpong project, and other clusters. Meanwhile, for second half 2026, CTRA will launch Lacewood Phase 1@The Forestine Cluster and Solea Terrace Cluster in CitraGarden City Jakarta, Kataluna Apartment in CitraLand City CPI Makassar, and others. “CTRA is always committed to presenting innovative property products and implementing sustainability principles in running its business,” he said.
