2026 FIABCI Golf Fellowship and Tournament in Austria
As part of the FIABCI World Congress program in Austria, members enjoyed two days of golf that combined friendly networking, sportsmanship, and international camaraderie. The golfing activities commenced on Sunday, 7 June 2026, with a FIABCI Social Golf outing at the picturesque the Diamond Golf Club & Resort in Atzenbrugg. Participants gathered early at the Hilton Hotel before heading to the course for a relaxed round of golf. The social game brought together FIABCI members and friends, including PWP Budiarsa Sastrawinata, Erhard Perl, Georg Wengert, and Iqbal Jahangir, providing an excellent opportunity to strengthen friendships and foster connections in an informal setting.
The following day, Monday, 8 June 2026, golfers participated in the official FIABCI Golf Tournament at the renowned Fontana Golf Course. Players were grouped into several flights, featuring FIABCI members from different countries and regions. Throughout the tournament, participants demonstrated competitive spirit while enjoying the outstanding course conditions and beautiful surroundings.
The tournament concluded with a celebratory prize presentation recognizing the top performers. The Best Gross title was awarded to Erhard Perl for his outstanding performance. In the Best Nett category, Jack Hwang emerged as Champion, with Cynthia Lin finishing as Runner-Up.
Beyond the scores and rankings, the tournament highlighted one of FIABCI’s core values—building meaningful relationships through fellowship and shared experiences. The golf events provided an ideal platform for members to connect, exchange ideas, and strengthen the global FIABCI network in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.
The successful conclusion of both the Social Golf event and the FIABCI Tournament once again demonstrated how sports can bring together real estate professionals from around the world, reinforcing the spirit of friendship and collaboration that defines the FIABCI community. As the golfers bid farewell to Austria, they looked forward to reconnecting at the next FIABCI Golf gathering in Taichung, Taiwan, from 14–16 September 2026.
